zebNet provides technical support at no charge to customers who have a valid Update & Support Subscription.
For outdated products as well as for products with an expired Update & Support Subscription, technical support will only be provided to those customers who have purchased a pay per incident ticket for a single incident.
Self service support through our Knowledge Base is always free even if your Update & Support Subscription has expired but it doesn't include the ability to create additional technical support requests.
Below is an overview of the technical support plans and options.

Purchase support for a single incident. After the purchase, you will be provided with a support code that can be used to create one (1) incident at the Help Desk.
Pay per incident support is £14.95 excl. VAT and can be purchased here.
In addition to our offered support programs, we also provide remote desktop support on an hourly basis. Hourly service is billed at a one (1) hour minimum with billing at thirty (30) minute increments thereafter.
After purchasing this service, we remotely access your computer using desktop sharing technology. This way we can provide direct service over the Internet via a highly secure platform to resolve your problem.
Remote desktop support costs £49.95 excl. VAT per hour and can be purchased here.
